Setup
- Calibration (insures the same power measurement each training,
without calibration this could differ because of for example
different tire pressure)
- Scale factor (customers who own an advanced power measurement
system can adjust power with this scale factor, when power does
not match 100%. Factor between 80 and 120)
- Sample (frequency of saving data like speed, cadence,
power etc. in memory. Sample: 2, 5 or 10 seconds)
- Clock / date (hours, minutes, seconds / day, month, year)
- Language (English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian)
- Weight (kg / lbs)
- Speed (kmh / mph)
- Sound (on / off)
Users
- Weight
- Gender
- Length
- Date of birth
- Heart rate zones (is calculated automatically)

Training
It is possible to program your own training. Choose for a
slope- power- or heart rate -based training. In each category
you can choose for time or distance. This means you can make
routes (up to 99), based on time or distance. For example, in a
slope based training, you can make a route of 2 km and slope +
5. So you can make up to 99 routes with different slope / power
/ heart rate and different distance / duration.
- Slope (between –5% and +20%)
- Time (between 10 seconds and 60 minutes)
- Distance (between 0,1 km and 99,9 km)
- Power (between 10 Watt and 990 Watt)
- Time
- Distance
- Heart rate (between 30 bpm and 230 bpm)
- Time
- Distance
Freelance
training is also possible. When you choose for this, you
can adjust slope / power / heart rate during the training.
Functions
All the training
information (speed, cadence,
power, heart rate) is showed in a
graph and a bar diagram in the color display.
Besides that, the following information is showed under the
graph:
Speed
- Actual speed
- Average speed
- Maximum speed
Cadence
- Actual cadence
- Average cadence
- Maximum cadence
- Pedal revolutions during training
Power (Watt)
- Actual power
- Average power
- Maximum power
- Trip use in Kcal
Heart rate
- Actual heart rate
- Maximum heart rate
- Average heart rate
- Time under lower limit
- Time between limits
- Time above upper limit
