Return Policy
If there are any discrepancies
in shipping, please notify Chicagoland Bicycle within two working days upon receipt of
order.
Within seven (7) days from the
receipt of your order, if you would like to return an item (or items), please send
the item(s) with a copy of the original order/receipt and a note stating that you'd like
to return the item(s) for credit. Please ensure item(s)
returned are in restockable condition with all boxes, tags and wrapping still intact.
Chicagoland Bicycle does not issue credit for shipping and handling charges. There
is a 5% restocking fee for all returned items. All
special order items are non-refundable.
Chicagoland Bicycle cannot
accept any merchandise that has been installed, used, damaged, soiled or tags removed from
product. Merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it.
Returned merchandise
will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

Warranty
Chicagoland Bicycle does not
handle any warranty work. All warranty work is handled by the distributor or service
center (Campagnolo, Cateye, Garmin, Polar, Tacx).
If you have a warranty issue for any item that you purchased through our
store, please contact us by email to
make the necessary arrangements.
How to Order:
On-Line Ordering:
Any item that has a "Buy It" link is configured for secure on-line ordering.
Here is how it works:

item, you may have to select the proper size, color or other specifications for that
particular item. After this selection process, press the "Return to
Shopping" button located on the bottom of the page. You will return to our shopping

Continue steps 1-3 until you are
ready to check out. To check out of our store, place your mouse over the "Go to
Shopping Cart" image. This will take you back to your shopping basket. |

selection and make sure that all the information is correct. Keep in mind that you
have a secure connection with our computer. Orders placed on our site are encrypted

ship orders C.O.D.
All orders are sent out UPS
Ground. Additional charges will apply to orders sent 3-Day Select, 2nd Day and Next
Day Air. To request Next Day Air, 2nd Day, or 3-Day Select, please specify in the order
instructions box located on our online order form. We will calculate the shipping
cost based on the size and weight of your package.
International Shipping
All items listed on our website
will be shipped within the United States including Air Service to Hawaii
and Alaska. Chicagoland Bicycle also ships to military bases - APO/FPO.

Delivery Options
| Shipping address
differs from billing address: For your convenience, we can ship your
order to an address other than your billing address, although it may
slightly delay your order. As a security
precaution, we request that your alternate shipping address be on file
with your credit card company. For your protection, we call and verify
every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card
holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card
holder may contact us directly to verify this information right after
the order is placed.
Will someone need to be home to sign for
my delivery?
It is the general policy of cbike.com that a
signature is required for the delivery of all packages with a declared
value greater than $100.
We always add the "Signature Required"
option to high value packages
to ensure that your package is delivered to you.
If you are shipping to an apartment or suite, we ship with "Signature
Required".
However, some couriers know their local neighborhoods well and if
you are used to them leaving packages on your doorstep,
please include this request when ordering. If
you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please feel free
to contact us or your local UPS office.
