Master Carbon Frameset
The Colnago Master Carbon is an absolute hit in the US. Colnago renewed the
legendary Master XL Italian steel frameset by adding his rear carbon B-Stay which has been
tested on all of his upper end models over the past several years. The new version,
Colnago Master Carbon, still features the classic Master front triangle. However,
the seat tube is tig-welded so it's compatible with the B-stay carbon rear sleeve. The
chainstays are higher then the original Master frame. As you can see from the
picture, Colnago still uses chromed head lugs and
1" headtube.
Master Carbon colors: PR03, PR06, or PR07
Colnago
will also offer the traditional Master XL frameset which
features a steel chrome rear. It's Italian steel at its
finest.
Master XL Color options: LX10, LX4, LX11, LX14 or LX24 -
traditional geometry only.
