Tufo Elite Cyclocross LPS 28" Tubular
The lightest tubulars for cyclocross.
Universal tread pattern for front and rear, suitable for
any surface. Yellow tire tread compound with activated silica is
optimized for temperatures -18 to +25 degrees Celsius (0 to 77
degrees F), ensures excellent traction and puncture resistance.
Tufo uses
proprietary casing material with high TPI (treads per inch), 440
TPI underneath the tread and 220 TPI in sidewall. The tire
perfectly copies the terrain surface and provides increased
riding stability, even at low inflation pressure of 2 bars (28
psi).

Specific use for road and stage races. Unique
construction is based on the width of the tire tread. The wide tread overlaps and protects
the sidewall against damage. Underneath the tread, there's a puncture proof ply which has
a different color tread which serves as a tread wear indicator. Right under the puncture
proof ply is a breaker consisting of rubber cord composite with circumferential
orientation. The breaker further shields the tire against punctures and significantly
contributes to lowering the rolling resistance.

Tire Sealant
A highly effective product for repair of flats of all
TUFO tires. It can be used after getting a flat since it seals punctures instantly up to 2
mm in diameter. It can also be used preventively when applied to the inside of the tire
before use. When a flat occurs the sealant seals the puncture, most often without any air
loss, so the rider does not even detect getting a flat. It increases safety considerably,
since fast loss of air does not occur and, consequently, riders stability is not
diminished. Application through the valve opening. Two tube sizes available.
